Picture to Editable Word File

We can convert a PDF file, Picture (JPEG) to an editable Word Document.

  1. Insert your picture through the insert button in MS Word.

  1. Insert file


















2.  Click on the format button in MS Word and select the in front of text option under the Wrap Text button.


3.After that click on the Correction button under the Format menu & select the Picture Correction Option. Then a pop up sidebar of picture correction appears, & edit your picture brightness and sharpness according to the source file.







4. Save the Edited picture as a PDF format on the desktop and close the word file.

5. Open a fresh MS Word file Click on View menu then select the Outline option.

6. After that click on show document and select the Insert option.


7. Select the recently save pdf file  and open it.

8. Press the Ok button on Word notification.



9. Close the Outline view, Your file is converted as editable text.

Auto fit Column Command in Excel

If you have an Excel workbook with different column sizes like the below picture.  Such kind of Excel worksheet is not impressive for your presentations.  Here is the solution for fixing the column size as per the content size.  If you want to fit the column size as the column content size, do it manually or do it smartly just single command. So let's do it smartly. Right-click on the sheet1 button and select the view code. As below picture. A popup window appears. Click on General and select the Worksheet and type the command  “Cells.EntireColumn.Autofit” between Private Sub and End Sub. As below picture. Minimize the window and your sheet is auto-fit according to column content size. As in the below picture. Now your Excel worksheet is very impressive and effective.
