How to file a Appeal under the section 41 of Consumer Protection Act 2019 through Edaakhil "https://edaakhil.nic.in" web portal ?
Consumers can file their Appeal against the impugned order passed by the lower Consumer Commission under section 41 of the Consumer Protection Act 2019, only through E-filing " https://edaakhil.nic.in " in their respective State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in short “SCDRC” or in National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in short “NCDRC”.
