Web portal developed under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 with the help National Informatics Centre (NIC), New Delhi. The main purpose of the web portal is to increase the timely and effective redressal of consumer complaints. In this post, we learn how to file a Consumer Complaint with the help of the edaakhil web portal. Consumers registered themselves and activated the account before filing their complaints.
