Quick Response Keys. (Short Cut Keys)
Shortcut keys are very useful in our daily computer related work.
With the help of these keys, our work efficiency will be increased.
General Shortcuts:-
Windows Key: Open or close the Start Menu.
Windows Key + D: Show or hide the desktop.
Windows Key + E: Open File Explorer (Windows Explorer).
Windows Key + L: Lock the computer and switch to the lock screen.
Windows Key + R: Open the Run dialog box.
Windows Key + I: Open the Windows Settings.
Windows Key + Tab: Activate Task View to see all open windows and virtual desktops.
Windows Key + A: Open the Action Center to view notifications and quick actions.
Windows Key + S: Open the Search bar.
Screenshot Shortcut Key:-
PrtScn: Takes a screenshot and saves it to the clipboard. You can paste it in an image editor (e.g., Paint) to save it.
Win + PrtScn: Takes a screenshot and saves it to the "Screenshots" folder in the "Pictures" library.
Text Editor Keys:-
Ctrl + C: Copy selected items.
Ctrl + X: Cut selected items.
Ctrl + V: Paste copied or cut items.
Ctrl + Z: Undo the last action.
Ctrl + Y: Redo the last undone action.
Ctrl + A: Select all items in the current window.
Ctrl + F: Open the Find dialog to search for text in a document or web page.
Ctrl + Shift + N: Create a new folder in File Explorer.
Ctrl + Shift + Esc: Open Task Manager directly.
Alt + Enter: Open the Properties dialog for the selected item.
